VIP Guest Invitation

A seat reserved for the people we want
at the center of the room.

This evening is hosted by Horeca Store for restaurant and hotel owners we want in one real conversation. VIP is not an upsell. It is how we mark guests who should get unmistakable hospitality: a clear welcome, a host shoutout, plated dinner, and no doubt their seat was meant for them.

Who Horeca Store is, and why we run this room.

Horeca Store is the global hospitality supply company behind this series. We equip hotels, restaurants, cafes, and franchise operations with furniture, equipment, smallwares, and operating supplies across the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. The properties and brands that rely on us number 15,000+ worldwide. The meetup is not a catalogue pitch. It is our way of gathering serious operators in one place. Learn more at thehorecastore.com

Why we organize The Horeca Meetup: We host a private, quarterly dinner for owners and leaders in markets where we work and where our guests work. The room is curated and invitation-led so the conversation stays high-trust: peers talking shop with peers, not a noisy expo hall. We cap attendance on purpose. If you are in the room, it is because we believe you belong in that circle.

Why VIP exists: Most approved guests receive a strong standard experience. VIP is the tier we use when someone should feel unmistakably expected: a multi-unit leader, a voice we want amplified in the program, a personal invite, or a referral we intend to honor. If that sounds like you, submit the application from this page for Houston Vol. II so we can treat it as VIP consideration. The numbered list below is what we deliver when we mark someone VIP.

So the right hosts feel it before they walk in.

We use VIP for owners, multi-unit leaders, and voices we want amplified in the room: people we may invite personally or approve with intent. The goal is simple: when they arrive, everything should signal we expected you, not you are one more name on a list.

01

Priority welcome & check-in

VIPs receive a dedicated confirmation and pass treatment at entry. Staff know to expect them. No hunting for a name; the evening starts with respect.

02

VIP confirmation email & digital entry pass

Approved VIPs get a separate email from standard guests: distinct design, VIP guest confirmation framing, and the same practical tools (calendar links and personal QR) so logistics stay simple.

03

VIP shoutout by the host

During the program, the host acknowledges our VIP guests by name. It is a public thank-you, not a speech: you are visible to the room as someone we wanted there.

04

Plated dinner

VIP guests are served a plated dinner at the table. You stay in the conversation instead of the buffet line. The standard guest experience may remain reception-style or buffet; VIP is seated service for the meal.

05

Room placement & hospitality notes

We hold space with intent: closer to the conversation, not the fringe. If you share dietary needs, accessibility needs, or timing constraints before doors open, we route them to the team that can act on them.

06

Direct line for questions & special requests

As a VIP guest you have exclusive access to speak directly with our CEO. For special requests that need a real decision (unusual scheduling, accessibility, dietary coordination before the event, or a referral you want handled personally), write noman.peera@thehorecastore.com. For general inquiries, including RSVP, timing, and event logistics, email our team at events@thehorecastore.com.

07

Recognition among peers (without theater)

We do not run a red carpet. We do run a room where the right people know they were chosen for a reason. That social proof matters when you are trying to pull serious operators into one conversation.

VIP is extended by invitation or by approval. We cap the room on purpose. When you are ready, use the button here. If you need a conversation before you apply, use the direct line in item 06.
