Why this room exists.

Running a restaurant in 2026 is harder than it has ever been. Margins are tighter. Staff is harder to keep. The noise from "restaurant gurus" online has never been louder, or less useful.

So we built a different room.

The Horeca Meetup is a quarterly private dinner for the operators who are actually doing the work. Building, scaling, and surviving in this market. Not the people selling them tools. Not the people selling them advice. The ones in the kitchen at 6am and the dining room at midnight.
